If I could I would give Urban Hive - Milan 10 stars! The service was excellent. The breakfast was the best “continental” breakfast I have ever had. The location is perfect; we walked to almost all major sites and areas of town. Staff was so very helpful in every way but we especially appreciated the incredibly quick cab service when we needed one. I hope to stay here if ever in Milan again. Highly recommended.

The Great: we stayed one night at this hotel and we wanted to stay more. The room is super cool, had coffee machine (which is rare now) with nespresso pods, and cool designer things. It is located in Brera a really cool and chic neighborhood with lots of boutique shops and great restaurants. The Good: breakfast buffet had salmon, as well as coffee made straight from barista which is great. Also had gluten and dairy free options. It had a public parking right in the hotel so it was very convenient for us. The bad: check in was a little slow paying for city tax and parking which was very high.

Hotel is in an good location to explore and in easy distance to the train stations. Fast early check, thanks. The breakfast was very good but a bit fragmented how it was laid out. We had an issue with the air conditioning which was eventually resolved( the window needs to be slammed shut as it has a switch which inhibits the aircon). Unfortunately I found the mattress uncomfortable but obviously that is personal preference. Nice rooms and a nice bar area with friendly staff.

Really nice ‘design hotel’. Nice welcome at check-in, we arrived early evening and the staff were happy to offer local recommendations for aperitivo. We had a great room with Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine, Dyson hairdryer and complementary snack box. Very good little bakery across the street for breakfast (the hotel does offer breakfast too but it’s expensive compared to the bakery).

This hotel is impeccably clean and located in a very nice part of town, though getting there can be a real hassle. Driving around Milan is complicated by the city’s confusing emission regulations, and while the hotel provides a convenient but expensive parking option, you’ll need to registering for a police waiver when you arrive to avoid fines. This isn’t the hotel’s fault—they handle the process professionally and smoothly—but it's a stress Once inside, the experience improves dramatically. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of quality options to start your day right. The hotel itself boasts a beautiful boutique style that is far from the boring cookie-cutter corporate look. It is modern, tasteful, and comfortable. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and helpful, making the stay pleasant If you’re prepared for Milan’s driving quirks, this hotel is a solid choice with top-notch service and style.

Urban Hive Hotel was a wonderful surprise! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The facilities are top-notch, with everything you could want for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend visit. The decor is quirky and full of character, yet everything feels spotlessly clean and modern. The location is excellent too, convenient for exploring the area, with great restaurants and all the main attractions in walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
