The free breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a quiet A/C unit, comfortable bed with lots of quality pillows and nice towels. There was a nicely outfitted little workout room and indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. I wasn't out of the airport until 1 AM upon my arrival to MKE and the hotel shuttle was there within 10 minutes of me calling the front desk. Just minutes from the airport. Convenient location for travelers. I would stay here again.

Horrible experience all around

Hotel room was poorly cleaned at a extreme level. There was half eaten piece of pizza in the fridge just sitting on shelf food and crumbs all over the counters and floors. Toliet paper roll ripped off the wall and only little over half a roll of toliet paper in the room. The jetted tub had bunch of pieces for the jets just sitting on ledge of tub. Mirrors could not even see in them they were so dirty. Then my son met a kid outside that asked him to write his phone number down for him and gave him his room number so my son wrote his number on an envelope he found and brought it to the kids room which was couple doors down from our room. Few minutes later i have several people (for sure more than 4 people) banging on my door and yelling and swearing and yelling at me and my son to come out of room. We did not open door or go out so these people took turns posted up outside of our room door and down the hall from our room for most of the night. Hotel staff noticed nothing and wouldnt answer front desk phone so we waited locked in our room until next morning and finally were able to leave. Will never stay here again. I have several pictures but site wont upload them.

There were stains all over the bedsheets and when we went to complain, they gave us new bedding to change ourselves. The blanket was too small too. Overall updates need to be made to the room as they just look very worn and not kept up with. Could not smell chlorine from the pool so didn’t even attempt to go in.

Room for Improvement

Staff was so friendly, but very busy. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast was excellent. The pool was over crowded and there were no pool towels. We checked in on a Saturday, so maybe thats why there was 30 plus people in the pool. I believe more staff could have been on to regulate the pool access & to provive guest services.

Great Staff; very nice, comfortable hotel

Staff was particularly friendly and efficient! The breakfast area was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was good, though more protein options would have been nice. Sunday eggs and sausage was added; a very nice surprise. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The TV's, fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked well. The king bed was especially comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a nice size and temperature. Our granddaughters loved them! Overall, this is a very nice place, with great staff. We'll definitely stay here again when we need to be in Milwaukee, near the airport.

My stay here was ehhh I have mixed feelings about it but let’s start with before I even got there. I booked this stay in January for Valentine’s Day because I knew it was going to be sold out, I called and asked what is the latest time to check in the lady said 2am I confirmed my stay with her. An hour later another girl called me saying I’m going to be charged full or they will cancel my reservation without me even being there they tried to charged me. When I got there 30 minutes later they canceled my reservation and stated they only had a room left with two queen beds when I reserved a king suite room. The older lady kept stating I only had that option or another room but no table or couch in it. Finally someone canceled last minute and I got my room back. If none of that happened my stay would’ve been perfect but unfortunately she did not care and her customer service skills were not good what’s so ever
