The lobby is warm and inviting and the staff were very friendly. There are a ton of dining options near the hotel and the area is very nice to walk around. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom.

Kimptons are one of our favorite hotel brands to stay at. We’ve stayed at several throughout the U.S. The Journeyman was perfect! The customer service was top notch. The room was lovely and the location cannot be beat. We will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are large. Rooftop is second to none. Nice style. Very dog friendly hotel. However, I found myself sneezing/allergic in the room. Even number rooms face a very unattractive courtyard with loud fans. All three times I’ve stayed, I get a courtyard view. Neighborhood is the best in town.

I have stayed here a couple times and I wasn't thrilled with this last stay. The room wasn't fully cleaned. There was hair on the shower walls and a diry sock left over from the previous stay.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and super fun to talk with when checking in. She felt very genuine about our conversation. I have already mentioned to friends to stay here if ever in Milwaukee.

This was a terrific place to stay. I don’t leave reviews but the staff, the room, the location, and the food were fantastic. I’ve stayed at the Phister a lot in my days but this is my new go to place in the MKE. Five stars
