Very nice stay! Right in the middle of the third ward. Wonderful staff. I was dissappointed that they didn't make aware the cost of the valet. I had two other guest meet me there so i had inquired about parking options. They told me to just park in front of the hotel and itd be taken care of. On checkout, they charged my account almost 300$ for parking for two nights. We probably wouldve still utilized the service but it wouldve been nice to know prior to the charge.

Dog Friendly Hotel in a Dog Friendly Neighborhood.

Everyone working at the hotel was friendly from the valet to the front desk. The hotel is extremely accomodating to dogs and is in a centralized location in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly. It is a dog owner's dream.

Almost everything was perfect! Location is awesome! Restaurants on property are great!. Rooftop bar is super fun! Only thing that could improve the room would be a smart TV. They only have cable channels and on demand movies. Gave a low score on the eco friendliness due to the huge open gas fire pits at the bar that are constantly burning. Cool ambiance, but it is wasteful.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with ample outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Only issue was not receiving a text from valet parking, enabling the ability to request our vehicle. Staff willing assisted, however. Rooftop bar was so inviting! Will definitely return
