Aside from a valet-related issue with expectation setting, everything else was wonderful. The lobby was a lovely space with chess, water, and a cozy fireplace. The staff were very friendly, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Summerfest 2025

Staff was amazing at check in. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom (spa room) was exceptional. My only complaint was the noise level. There was no noisy neighbors or anything, just thin walls and doors so you could hear every door close and anyone walking down the hallway having a normal conversation. We stayed there for the proximity to summerfest and that did not disappoint.

Amazing for families!

Kimpton is the best and this one was no exception. The location is amazing, the employees are incredibly accommodating and friendly, it’s a beautiful well kept hotel and room, and there are two on site locations to grab food. We have been to a lot of Kimpton’s, but this one might be our favorite! Perfect for kids and right across the street from a Ben & Jerry’s and a diner.
