Staff was friendly but not much help when I asked how to get a refund for our stay. She said she could cancel it but we wouldn’t get refunded…. We specifically picked that hotel for the whirlpool. We checked in got to our room got in our suites and went to the pool area just to find out it’s been out of service for a few months! This should be stated prior to people booking otherwise I would have booked elsewhere! The hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes! Just overall super disappointed and won’t return

I’ve stayed a few times before here and I loved it but to be honest I chose this location this time for the hot tub but it happened to be out of order which is not advertised by the time I booked so I’m kind of disappointed in this visit.

The people were nice enough. The property itself could've used a really good cleaning. We didn't use the pool, but if I had kids, I wouldn't want them using it as is. It is extremely visible from the outside into the pool area.

Room was good...AC/heat unit needed service.

I was pleased with the appearance of the room. You never know what you're going to get with a value hotel room. Everything wslas great until we turned on the heat when were going to go to sleep around 9pm...and the ac/hear unit made terrible noises and cycled on/off every 4 minutes. It made sleeping miserable.
