The element is clean, fresh and an overall great stay. A quick walk to the Mall of America, close to the airport, a lovely continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Element Hotel Bloomington for 3 nights with my family of four, including two young kids. We booked a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived at 11:30 PM, we were told our room wasn’t available due to overbooking, which, shockingly, is part of their policy. With two tired children, being offered to move to a different hotel at midnight was not a realistic or acceptable option. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. The hotel was also not adequately clean—trash bags sat in the hallway for more than 24 hours during our stay, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected much better from a hotel at this price point. I do not recommend staying here, especially with family.

Perfect hotel, perfect location to MOA

This was an excellent hotel. You will not be disappointed with the location if you are visiting the MALL OF AMERICA! You can literally walk. The staff was awesome, breakfast was great and the amenities were just a described. Its beautifully designed, accommodates families and is close to everything! Will return without hesitation!
