the escalator was shut off and I had to carry my luggage 2 levels. Forgot to bring my toothbrush and called front desk if they had any and was told someone will bring to me but waited for 30 minutes and no one came. I had to go down to front desk and ask for it and was told they don't have any at front desk for me to go back to my room and someone will bring to me.

Such a beautiful hotel with nice staff and great food. The location is perfect as well. Self parking in the garage is a bit confusing without help but your instinct about where to go is probably right. VERY walkable and safe area with LOTS of food options within a 1 to 5 minute walk, Target and CVS super close if you've forgotten something too.

Rude staff, carpetsvin both rooms were dirty, escalators didn't work, very few amenities. Ive never had a vad experience at a Hilton until now. Its more fit for a low budget motel not a pricey hotel.
