I enjoyed being at this Hilton property however when I came into my room, I was very thirsty and looking for any records of courtesies that would be there available for me as a Hilton member. They were bottles of water in the room, but their only thing that shouted out to me from the water was that it was three dollars a bottle. It wasn’t until the next day that actually read what it said, and it said free to the occupants in the room. I feel that it should’ve been more welcoming in terms of as a gift to you as an occupant instead of shutting you away from it initially because the water was three dollars a bottle to non guests. In my opinion, that was not a promotion it was a deterrent and not necessary.
