Room was very outdated, dirty and worn. The Top of the night stand was completely loose, the phone in the room did not work, outlets did not work and the hair dryer was not working. When we asked for a new hair dryer we never got one and when we went onto the front desk to check out the Employee at the desk told us that he had called us several times but we didn't answer which was untrue because the phone wasn't working. Overall a terrible experience and we will never go there again nor recommend anyone go there.

The photos of the hotel and room are very deceiving. If you take more than 5 seconds to look at anything in person, it becomes clear that everything is dirty and all the work done on the hotel is shoddy at best. There were food wrappers and other trash stuffed between the cushions of the chair and couch in our room. The armchair itself basically collapsed in on itself when you sat in it. There were holes in the walls. Door security devices were barely attached to the wall. Exit signs in hallways were hanging from electrical wires from the ceilings. The water jets in the in-room whirlpool shot out some weird gross residue that lined the tub. There were what looked to be smoke stains on the curtains even though the hotel is supposedly non smoking. The whole property reeked of weed at all times. The pools were not clean.

Run down Back doors didnt lock i was all night worrying. Hot tub filthy! Did not use. Pillows awful asked for more said only have one. No pillowcase!never go back and told everyone how terrible it was.

The air conditioner didn’t work it was super hot all night, the dust on the walls of the room was thick the sliding door needs work. Oh and the swimming area needs some work also. Stairs to the slide hurt your feet the sprinkler on the toddler side dont work

My only complaints are that the soda machines were out of several options and the ice machine wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I wish I had more time to enjoy the pool.

Wear & tear is showing in the room. For a short visit it was okay. The ad said pet friendly; to confirm I called and was told there was a $10 per night fee. When I arrived I was told $20. Also no where did it say I had to put a $100 damage deposit down. Still waiting for that to be returned. So all fees were not posted.

Do not let the pictures fool you. This hotel is disgusting. Carpet in the halls are so bad. Pool is filthy, you get what you pay for. But jesus did not expect it to be this filthy. Had to go to front desk who is almost never there to activate my card 4 times because it wouldnt work. Do you know how annoying it is to do that? That has never happened to me at any hotel.
