Good enough for what I needed

The coffee was out two mornings in a room for breakfast. Had to ask somebody to fill up both times first time was very quick second time. The customer service person was very rude. You could hear people walking in the floors, very noisy when in my room, you could hear doors shutting on floor below you in fact the room actually shook when people shut their doors

Good for a one night stay. Has no pool or spa . The room was nicely decorated. Outside was stark and very unappealing. Needs to put picture of the outside of the hotel so you know what to look for.

Good enough

We ordered a handicap room and that is what we received. The bathroom is spacious and will easily accommodate a wheelchair. The bed is comfortable. The TV is a nice size. There is a small refrigerator. There is no microwave. There is a small desk and a footstool for a chair. One of the staff members on night shift talked very loud. It was hard for me to get some decent sleep. For breakfast it is a bagel bar.

The room did have a coffee maker, or ice bucket. I didn't like having to go to the main desk to get ice. I understand the economics of not having individual coffee makers, but was not going to get redress to go get a cup of coffee in the middle of the night when I wanted it just to have to get back in my pjs. Did not feel that the money spent for the room was worth it.

Clean and completely remodled. The front dest staff was always friendly. The room was large, comfy and clean. Juice and coffee bar available in the lobby 24/7. No microwave in the room, but there is one available in the lobby. Continental breakfast served every morning. Parking was safe with security often on site. The price for this place was very reasonable. I would atay here again!

Easy to check in.The staff was very helpful. There were no cups, coffee accessories, ice machine or bucket. You had to go to the lobby to get anything, which seems a bit odd to me and an inconvenience. Anything that was small and portable was kept behind the desk.
