Excellent séjour en famille , le service était super et l’acceuil était chaleureux. On est arrivé à l’hôtel 14 hres , la chambre était prête et on nous a laissé faire le check in sans problème ,j’ai vraiment apprécié. C’est sûr qu’on y retournera 😊😊

Le personnel faisait de son mieux mais l'administration néglige l entretien de l établissement, vieux meubles cassés (mon épouse s'est tappé la jambe contre la table du salon et s'est blessée à cause que le meuble était cassé et tranchant comme un couteau) poussière, odeur désagréable dans la chambre, canapé sale, lit inconfortable, drap tacheté de sang, pas de dentifrice dans la sale de bain (nous avons demandé et ils nous ont fourni), papier toilette accroché rouleau presque terminé, machine à capsule ne fonctionne pas. Piscine pas entretenu, trop de chlore, des reste de café des client sous les chaises non ramassé jusqu'au lendemain. Petit déjeuner désagréable et pauvre, sale de dejeuner trop petite, y avait au moins 120 personnes qui faisait la queue pendant 20 minutes pour pourvoir se servir, une seule machine à toast, pas assez de table, les gens portaient leurs assiettes dans leurs chambre, pas de climatisation dans la salle à manger. Pour presque 400$ la nuit on s'y attendait à un service et une qualité supérieure malheureusement meme un petit motel ferai beaucoup mieux. C est la première et dernière fois pour nous dans cet "hôtel", un week-end gâché pour nous. S'il y a un moyen d'être remboursé nous seront bien preneurs car ca ne merite meme pas 100$ la nuit.

Always a great stay. Hotel is clean, breakfast each morning was terrific, pool area clean and well organized and staff were friendly and helpful. We go back every summer.

Pros: Centre of everything, quiet, clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: only one elevator was working for the entire hotel so very inconvenient. Parking garage not easily identifiable. Hotel felt slightly dated in the hallways and room. Overall a good experience.
