Loved that it was super close to a metro station which made it easy to get to Parc Jean Drapeau (for Osheaga) and downtown. There are food places that are easily walkable too. Staff was friendly and the place was clean!

Coffeemaker not working. Electric outlet connections loose. Intermittent WiFi . Room very clean though and front desk very helpful. Restaurant staff could be more efficient. Waited 15 minutes just to get a menu even after we told them we were in a hurry

First impression is important, the moment we walked in the door and reached the reception. The gentleman at the desk offered us no warmth or welcome and we felt like we were bothering him. Around 9 PM there were children running around in the halls, causing disturbances and when asked if somebody could say something to them, we were told that at 10 PM security would be arriving. Otherwise the facility was clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant staff really nice out though spoke no English, thankfully we had Google .
