The staff at the coffee shop were rude and unpleasant. The room itself was not clean. Found traces in bathroom sink from not being cleaned properly and the toilet was dirty. Made me question the rest of the cleanliness

My room stay wasn’t ideal. A large group of kids (most likely underage) were on the same floor as me slamming doors and partying in the hallway on the 8th floor. I had heard them get spoken to once, but nothing happened. They partied until 2:30am and I got up at 6am so I didn’t get any sleep which was unfortunate. I decided to not stay my second night, which I had paid for, because the experience was so bad here. I couldn’t do another night with no sleep. I also didn’t like that the curtain don’t close all the way in the room so light just came in the room all night, which also affected my sleep. I’ve stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels in the past when I did corporate work so I expected a great experience, this was not it.

I booked primarily because the hotel was 200 metres from an event I was attending, but my expectations were exceeded. The staff were all very efficient and courteous, and the room was clean and came a nice view of the easter part of the city. Easy parking directly across Peel St, I'll likely stay again on my next trip to Montreal.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the site for the ''Standard Room, 1 Double Bed, Non Smoking (Small Room)'' they have nothing to do with the room you are given. A shoe box of a bathroom, no desk. I have contacted expedia to get a partial refund for the false publicity...to date, I was told ''sorry, there is nothing we can do'' the hotel has been denying that the room is different from the pictures posted.....nobody would rent this room if the pictures of the actual room were posted....I had no support from expedia or the hotel....but they '' understand my frustration'' empty words to make them feel better...I am prepared to publish on all platforms and contacting networks to share this experience, how expedia posts information that are inaccurate, customers rent based on what they see, unfortunately, you can t rely on the information posted, don t take it at face value, you could be deeply disappointed.
