Just OK

The property is an older one with older furniture. The chairs in my room were worn out and you feel the springs as you sit in them. The room was really clean but note that you will not get room service during your stay unless you call and request it. There's no pool or fitness area. No ice machine on my floor. Not sure why the hotel was considered a 3 star hotel. Lastly, they required a deposit when I checked in, which I thought was odd since I paid with a credit card. Next time I will stay with a familiar brand name.

We stayed in a standard room with two double beds. It was very clean and spacious! I loved that the hotel windows could open for fresh air and that there was a small stove top. The bathroom was large and the beds were comfortable. The front desk guy was very friendly! I will remember this hotel for the future and stay again. The only small complaint I have are the leather chairs in the room for sitting to watch television. They were not comfortable to sit in at all. The cushion would sink really deep when you sit, too deep to be comfortable.

I liked that this hotel was a bit off the busiest streets. I didn't hear as much traffic noise as I've heard at other downtown hotels. Easy walk to a lot of the music venues I frequent in Montreal. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the included breakfast. Overall I had quite a pleasant stay, and plan to be back in the future.

We booked the junior suite for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. Large room and bathroom with a 2 person jacuzzi tub. The breakfast buffet was also great. Checking in and out was easy.

Parking problem at the hotel

We had an excellent stay at the hotel—clean rooms, great service, and a very comfortable atmosphere overall. The staff were courteous, and the amenities were well-maintained, making our visit enjoyable. However, we were quite disappointed with the parking situation. The hotel advertises parking availability for 20 CAD, but it was not communicated clearly that on-site parking is not actually available. We had to park in a nearby lot, which required a 6-minute walk back to the hotel—a real inconvenience, especially with luggage. It would’ve made a big difference if this was clearly mentioned in advance. Overall, a great hotel stay, but I hope they improve the clarity around parking options in the future.

Location was great, walking distance to stores and public transit. Tucked in away from main streets so it is very quiet. The building across had garbage piling up, not the hotel’s fault, but was the one thing that made me rate low stars in the property category. Very clean, in rooms and common areas. Rooms are so spacious, the kitchenette is such a bonus. Beds are very soft for our liking but comfortable enough to sleep. Breakfast had a good selection, abundance of various baking, it’s a one-up to a continental breakfast. I would recommend staying here if visiting the downtown/old side of Montreal. We enjoyed our stay and was very satisfied with everything.

I recently stayed at Hotel Les Suites Labelle and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that include a convenient kitchenette. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Old Montreal and steps away from the Berri-UQAM metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The underground parking was a major plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability in the heart of Montreal.

The neighborhood is not in great shape (next to a construction site), but the hotel staff, the excellent breakfast, room cleanliness and appointments, as well as the hotel itself, are all top notch. I never felt unsafe, and the location is central to so many walkable attractions in the city, with a hop and a skip to the airport bus that runs 24/7 and is only eleven bucks. Compare that to an Uber!
