It says heating kettle available, but its not. ACs donot work properly and the staff is very unfriendly. Staff is not rude, but lacks professionalism.

Do not stay here. The room was filthy. The sides of the bed and the walls were splattered with something that I hope was ketchup. The walls were filthy. The chairs and carpet were disgusting. The room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke with no ventilation. We tried to open the windows but the cranks to open the windows were broken off. The hotel staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. It was so bad we had to leave without staying the night and were not given a refund for the 3 nights we had booked. Other than location, would not recommend. Was supposed to jave a queen bed, had a double, rooms are supposed to have AC theyhad a fan, tiles in washroom broken? Door to room out of alignment door locked but was not aligned with frame bedding had stians on it.

Not a luxury hotel but very affordable and in the heart of many many restaurants within walking distance. I over booked one day, the owner gladly refunded me. Free coffee and juice. Highly recommend.

Very functional. Booked room with private bathroom with shower at the heart of Montreal in St. Denis st. I chose this because I wasn't comfortable with airbnb with shared bathrooms and no lock in doors. This hotel has everything me and my girlfriend needed to be close by a train station and near by lot of shops and lively time out.

It’s close to bars, this is good for some. The hotel itself is shabby and dirty, think rodent and bug traps throughout the room and cigarette burns on the rugs (like lots). Enjoy.
