We have a family reunion; we make reservations a month before to stay at the same hotel, but Hotel Diana del Bosque cancel on some of my family reservations 3 days before our check in, when we complain they try to put the rest of my family on the same room they have assigned for me and still charge them, So they have already charge me for the room and still wanted to charge my family as well, we all refuse it and requested to cancel my reservation and refund my money so my family and I find other place to stay all together, but they also refuse to refund it.,
