Original room was facing the road and a bit noisy. This was a minor issue compared with the No Smoking room smelling of cigaret smoke. We let the manager know and she moved us to another room that was significantly better. This is an older motel that was when we stayed being repainted externally. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Location on George Street is conveniently close to the city.

Close to museum. Parking on site. Clean. 5 adults staying. A little cramped but dud the job. Manager Andy was very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was very hard, very uncomfortable and had a hard seam down the middle. Had to ask for blood to be removed from door. Very dated property. Broken towel rail taped together. Felt dirty as walls had lots of marks on them.

Outdated rooms, toilet broken, was told waiting for a plumber which apparently they have been waiting ages for one to come, power point in bathroom not working, only had 2 pillows, asked for a couple more, didn’t hear back..had to pay to use washing machine…

Booked a king size bed. It was just two beds pushed together. The towels had stains on them. The spa bath jets were missing the covers so the jets just spayed water everywhere. Parking was cramped and terribly layed out. Our balcony had a leak above it and caused it to be covered in water. Overall would not be going back to this place.

Receptionist was warm and welcoming. We stayed new years eve and they gave a box of forero rocher chocolates and a well wishing card. The property could have been cleaner, the benches had crumbs all over it. And the bath tub had hair in it
