Property was clean, but no towel’s or bathmat Rung and got towels went to shower later in night no bathmat ( to late in night to ring ) Next day they came and removed mattress from room, felt this should have been done after checkout

I booked to stay in standard 1 bedroom accommodation. The rooms were clean, they had a powerful shower, friendly staff on reception and nice tea and coffee were provided. The motel is located in quite a noisy area, and we were woken alot by people presumably returning from a drunken night out. We closed the windows but then they were dripping in the morning. There was also a light right outside our door which meant it was very light at night (no blackout curtains). The room was advertised as having a private courtyard and garden view but this was not the case, we had a no outdoor space and a view over the car park.

We had a lovely stay the apartment was very spacious and very warm with heat pump and all the beds had electric blankets. The only downside was the apartment smell like fish we were there for 3 days and when we left the smell was still there.

Hired 3 rooms for family, they all smelt and felt damp. The room we had number 15 badly needs roof in bathroom cleaned and all rooms could do with a really good clean. Outside of the building also needed a tidy up

The place was tidy, a good location, close to 24 hour grocer, a bit of work going on at the time we stayed so there was scaffolding all around but that was ok, easy parking, easy access to more towels and condiments if you needed them, the only let down was the noise from the other room (which can’t be helped) and the kitchen was not equipped with what we needed with 4 people staying. Ie: 1small pot to cook other then that it was ok

Original room was facing the road and a bit noisy. This was a minor issue compared with the No Smoking room smelling of cigaret smoke. We let the manager know and she moved us to another room that was significantly better. This is an older motel that was when we stayed being repainted externally. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Location on George Street is conveniently close to the city.
