Clean room , the shower tub was not not nice looking, old and chipped up , There’s no microwave or ice the fridge was not cold enough and the tv wasn’t working! But it was a good price and convenient.

I enjoyed the location but was disappointed that I was charged a parking fee. I did not park a vehicle on their property. I did not have a discussion about parking on check in. The charge appeared after check out. I tried to have it corrected and was not successful and a few dollars were taken off. I am not really sure how this is ethical or even legal.

Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer.

Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures.

I appreciate the breakfast that was including especially being hot food!
