Location is a little odd, the parking lot of shopping mall. Room was clean and hotel in nice shape. Front desk people very nice. We stayed two nights and our room was never touched by room service. We had to ask for soap.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place in Yonkers! The hotel was spotless, and my room felt fresh and modern. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was fast. Being right next to the Cross County Shopping Center was a big bonus—lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was also better than expected, with hot options and great coffee. I’d definitely stay here again

I booked a ADA room with a roll in shower and got a room with a BATHTUB. The sink in the room is SLOW draining. The television set in the room literally said " NO SIGNAL." Upon check in a luggage cart was requested and the front deck clerk stated that they had to go "upstairs " to get one. The carts should be available in the lobby at all times for assistance with luggage.

We loved the staying here and the staff was very kind respectful and welcoming The only thing I was struggling was that the air conditioning in the room was super loud, noisy and the other thing was that the microwave wasn’t working properly and in one week that we stayed I couldn’t even worming the milk for my baby, hopefully other rooms haven’t had these issues. Other than that everything was great
