I have been to this property several times as the rates are usually reasonable and the staff cordial. ( seems none of the cleaning staff I have met speak English ) the walls are paper thin and the doors slam hard and loud. avoid rooms on the 100 ( even numbers 100, 102, 104 ) side as the windows are at car driver level and there is no filter curtain. , only a sunblock shade. so there is no privacy during the day or nite if you have the shade up...... anyone walking or driving by can see in

When I booked I asked for a quiet room away from traffic. I was given a room that was on the highway side above a parking lot that was noisy. The bathroom was old and dark. The A?C was very loud. The room's rug had a large hole. Old property in dire need of renovation.

Overall a very nice hotel with the exception of the parking situation. Had an event going on and we, as paying guests had no where to park as the event attendees took all the parking spaces. Waited almost an hour waiting in our car until one finally became available. Just not fair.

The hotel gives slight elegance. Looks modern and has a purple theme . There restaurant had good food . My room was clean and cute . It was a tad small but it was ok . They even had a mini fridge hidden in the desk. The included breakfast was really delicious and was freshly made. They had great breakfast options. My only complaints are the elevator seemed old/slow and the ice machine room had a strong smell.

I have stayed at Royal Regency before. We were very surprised with the our stay we had to ask to move to another room because the refrigerator was not working. When we moved to the next room the floor was very dirty and sticky and there was someone else’s hair on the bed. Was not comfortable or happy with our stay.
