Comfortable rooms with a helpful staff. The carpets throughout the hallways looked dirty but I suppose that is subjective. The walls are a bit thin so if the guests next door are making noise you will hear it. Lastly, the hallways and elevator has a strong scent of marijuana. Overall a decent hotel stay for the price point.

The staff was professional the issue is the sound. You can hear our neighbors next door and in the hallway makes it difficult to sleep. Also, there is a light on the air conditioner that is very bright - and is difficult to sleep.

Kids running up and down the hall for at least an hour. The front desk called me at 10:47 and asked if kids were running down the hall making noise. I said Yes. Then 30 minutes later I called the front desk to tell them it was still happening. Really unbelievable. It is very noisy.

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday. Friday Night they have a salsa night until midnight. My suite was directly above the DJ. Had to hear loud music until midnight. Staff could not do anything due to being full. Would not recommend staying here on the weekends. Even on Saturday there was loud music in the bar area until Midnight. Stay was not worth the money spent. Would not stay hear again.

The property was great nice location. I was greeted with a welcome but when other patrons came in they where warm welcomed. Given a tour and update of the property which i didnt receive. And also the bed sheet had a red stain or blood not sure we didnt notice because we dont sleep under the sheets usually just on the top comforter but when we pulled it back seen a red blood mark on the bed.

Had a great time. Love the look of this hotel. Kind of spooky and perfectly fit my trip to Sleepy Hollow in October. Nyack is great and was a really pleased surprise. Terrytown right across the Bridge. The kids were painting the windows for Halloween. So nice.

We loved the hotel but had issues with getting into our room because of the key card getting disabled 2x and that was definitely an issue with our stay. Other than that we enjoyed the room, bed and coffee.

There is too little help in the restaurant. We waited 15 mins to be seated before we decided to leave and go have breakfast somewhere else. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel can be noisy, but not too excessive.

Hotel is relatively new with high ceilings and exposed piping and air conditioning. Everywhere the hotel was very clean and the staff always pleasant and helpful.. we were on the fourth floor which had a metal roof. During rainy windy weather it was very loud in the room.
