Lovely spot, very handy for the trains. Easy walking to the Old City and a chance to get an experience of Munich. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice to sit outside with a coffee in the morning and watch the city go by. 5 minutes to the train station and a nice walk to the Rathaus. Would not hesitate to choose this hotel again when visiting the city.

The Hotel is good, clean, has very nice staff and is convenient for Munich city centre and the main train station. The only issue was the fact that there is a big building site behind the hotel which is very loud from 7am.

Had a 1 night layover in Munich and wanted somewhere close to the railway station. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Checkin was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was very well equipped. Bed was fantastically comfortable, shower and bathroom were excellent. Easy walk to Altstadt to sample Munich. Overall, 5 stars. Would be my first choice for a place to stay in the future.

Good nice business hotel in Munich HBF

Wonderful 5 nights Stay . Very near ,5mins walk to Munich central station. Construction next to is, but not a problem as left early and return back to hotel evenings. Convenient and central location. Prefer breakfast have 1 or 2 menu item changed for variety.

Great staff, just off the main train station, walking yo the old town was only 10 minutes, lots of restaurants close to the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing

Like: location across from central train station, cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet, kettle, nice breakfast, Lisa from reception was exceptional, most helpful to problem solved and friendly. Don’t like: lighting too dim, fridge was not cold even after technician came so couldn’t use, decor and furniture very plain, pillows too flat, limited amenities-no lotion, no conditioner, no shower caps, had to ask for slippers, no phone, some towels were very old and worn. Cleaners took my own 2 shower caps, took couple of days before Lisa bought some for us.

The hotel was good and very well located. The staff were attentive, but I would not recommend this hotel because there was no hot water. We could not shower at night or in the morning. We also had to wash our faces with cold water, and with the temperature in Munich (-3), this was a disaster for us. When we complained at the reception desk at check-out, the employee informed us that this happens from time to time but that it had already been reported. This is a big problem and it needs to be resolved immediately and not in a few days, if it has actually been reported or they tell each guest this knowing that they will not return and therefore cannot be sure if the problem has been resolved. Simply NO GO.
