Hotel was nice and in a perfect spot for sightseeing and getting around. Hotel though lost power which was confusing and had to keep the window open while in the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Terrible stay, would actively avoid. The room was unbearably hot. The bathroom had no fan, the shower head was broken, and the shower door did not close/seal properly so water went everywhere. We actually had to leave and pay for another hotel for 4 nights. Hotel offered no help or solution. Aka we paid for 4 nights at a hotel we couldn't use. Location was really good tho. Check out a different hotel in the area.

A Good choice

During UCL final 25 this place served it´s purpose perfectly for me and my son. Clean, quiet and in the middle of the city. Train from airport brings you almost directly to the hotel (Karlsplatz) and costs around 12€. Our room was quite lately been renovated and was clean as well as the bathroom. There is no extra services available at the hotel, but the first restaurant is located 10 meters from the entrance and everything else is very close also so it doesn´t matter. Breakfast was good but not special. Personnel was friendly and helpful If moderate price, cleans sheets and safe place to sleep is your priority, this is a good choice.
