Anyone can charge to your room

The hotel overall was nice. The room was nice. The couch in our room was pretty warn down. The main issue i had was someone charged food to my room from the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel. The bill was $381!!!! That’s very dangerous and completely insane that anyone can just charge something to someone's room and if you don't check your account and let the front desk know you can be charged! So basically because it was the weekend my bank holds the funds until it clears so i had to wait 3 days for my account the clear! Very insane! They should figure something out so that can't happen. Present a room key or documentation or something if you're going to charge your room! I would love to stay again but not until they fix the room charging issues!

My husband and I went here for a get away from the kids. The check in receptionist told us she was "giving us an upgrade" to the presidential suite. We were stuck in a corporate suite, that had no regular bed. They put a double bed in the middle of the room that was not big enough for us, and I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. Way to ruin our weekend away from the kids.

Handicap spots were blocked off. We were told only options were to park in the public garage and walk from there, or use valet for an extra charge. Lobby and restaurants were nice, but the room was in terrible shape. Everything is worn and threadbare. Couch and coffee table looked like it came out of a dorm room. Handicapped accessible rooms only come with a king sized bed. If you need two beds, they tell you to use the couch.

Dirty room service dishes from the previous room guest remained at our door for our entire stay. For the top brand Hilton.... ridiculous. Room service was low staffed,as we left in the morning and when we returned early afternoon our room was not made up. Fortunately they stocked the room with 4 towels, so we were good for a second night.
