We stayed at this hotel and at first, on 28-1 August 2025. And everything seemed great. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable upon arrival. The location is nice, and our first impression was very positive.
However, as the days went on, a few issues started to come up. Firstly, parking was a problem — the hotel lot was always full, and we had to park at a neighboring hotel, which was quite inconvenient.
Cleaning was another issue. While the room was spotless when we arrived, no one came to clean it during our stay. Sand from the beach started to pile up, and basic upkeep was lacking. It would’ve been nice if housekeeping came at least once every two days.
Towel exchange was also done manually — we had to go get them ourselves. One time, there were no clean towels available and we had to wait until the evening to get some.
The elevator wasn’t reliable either — it seemed to work every other day, which was frustrating, especially when carrying things after coming back from the beach. Plus, our key card often stopped working. We were told it might be because of other cards in the same pocket, but we kept it separate and still had the issue.
That being said, the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated their friendly attitude.
Overall, the hotel has potential and some good qualities, but it would really benefit from more consistent housekeeping and maintenance.
