Room was perfect. Loved the balcony looking out over the beach. However, at night it got loud because of tenants coming in late, talking loud, beer cans tossed off from the room above us.

Room was dirty,balcony chair and table dirty phone in room didn’t work bedroom didn’t work -dirty towel in the elevator -Ceiling panel in bathroom loose wife said she saw a bug in bathroom-shower pressure was not good-Wasn’t able to get refund after checking out the next day- staff said no problem in cancel stay-

People would stand outside the room and talk and it was very noisy. The beds were very hard. The staff at check in were amazing i hate i didnt get the ladys name but she was hnds down amazing!! Overall we enjoyed our stay my son loved the lazy river area and pool!

The room smells, we feel nauseous as we walked into the room the mattress is a joke, the bedding was dirty and smelly the place was so loud even with the door closed . We asked for refund after seeing the room, they said no but we left it anyway.

The staff was very helpful and it was my Birthday celebration. From the front desk associates to the housekeeping staff, everyone was eager to make our stay enjoyable. Many of the staff are from Jamaica which gave the visit a nice Caribbean vibe as well. I am looking forward to booking future reservations when I visit Myrtle Beach.

Hot tub water was very dirty. Homeless people right outside hotel. Hotel room wasn’t ready til 7 pm . Then they knocked on door starting at 9 am asking when we were going to be leaving .

We had a great little Easter weekend getaway . View was awesome . The staff was great Danielle was awesome at front desk for our check in . We will definitely stay again soon. The only complaint was the weed smell ones would stand in front of there rooms smoking there weed not very family friendly. Overall nice stay
