Over the Winter we updated/remodeled this kitchen and we even added a dishwasher.

*This cottage is all on one level *so it is especially good for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.

Four Winds is ideal for small families, including the four-legged members. There is even a fenced in pet area!

Four Winds #2 is decorated in a Surfing Motif that will make you want to hit the waves!

The comfortable living room has leather furniture a SMART TV and a Coffee Table with Foosball in it!
There are also SMART TVs in the bedrooms for private viewing and FREE WI-FI internet access.

A fully equipped kitchen including a Crockpot and Blender is all you need to keep your hungry family happy.

This home has a pleasant Screened In Porch so you can enjoy the ocean breeze without those pesky bugs.
Outside, there is a charcoal grill and picnic table for your enjoyment.
The outdoor shower has hot & cold water and is enclosed for privacy.

This house is exactly what I picture when I think of a beach cottage, it was perfect. It has everything you need, no more and no less. The beach is a short walk across the street, the house is in a convenient location and super dog friendly. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely stay here again.

This is run by Property Managers, which is not stated until AFTER paying. It should be stated up front for those of us who prefer not to rent from property managers for whatever reason. The property manager was nice and helpful when we did speak.The biggest complaint was there was a loud buzzing noise on and off that could go on for hours in both bedrooms making it impossible to sleep even w/ noise machine. Finally figured out it was the pool filter on in the next door property right up against bedroom. Didn't call the property mgr cuz they have to know and it's not like they can move the place. Since only staying one more night, just sucked it up, but went home EXHAUSTED instead of refreshed as one prefers during a vacation. No place located in an otherwise quiet area during the evening should be rented when there is buzzing for hours on end, esp in the bedrooms - unless there is full disclosure.Close to the road, so will hear car traffic unless all the windows and doors are closed. Few cars at night so quiet then.Everything was clean. Have to make the beds. Seemed to be stocked with all the appliances you would need, but didn't use them, so no comment there.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a great stay! The rental was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, and we especially appreciated the private walk to the beach. Communication before our stay was clear and helpful, and it was a nice surprise to get a call on check-in day letting us know the place was ready early. We’d definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean, neat, nice amenities. Mattresses were great, and the towels were of very good quality. Property manager, Ronni, was very responsive when we could not get the TV to work properly. She came immediately to fix it and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

What a precious gem in Nags Head

We stayed at this property for our first family vacation in three years. I was overjoyed at how peaceful the four homes location was while still being accessible. It was my first time where the majority of the week it rained. This home made the rain so relaxing (best sound machine out there). It was perfect in size and renovation work done to this home smartly utilizes.the space. The kids adored the bunk beds. The ceiling fan in that room is amazing. I want one for my own home! Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, better than any other in a rental ive had in the 20 years ive come to the Outer Banks. Grill was functional and allowed for delicious meals. Our dog loved being there. The yard is small but it gets the job done! Very short walk to the beach and no stairs to access the neach either. Immediately told my family about this place as we would live to vacation together but have individual space. These quaint beach huts would be perfect for joint family rentals. I look forward to returning. ❤️

Spare of the moment

We got a break in our busy schedule and needed a much deserved getaway. The place was great and dog friendly and only footsteps to get on the beach. The house had everything we needed to get through the week. Very convenient to everything around grocery store, shops, and much needed ice cream in the evening

Great small cottage close to the beach and allows dogs

This is our 2nd stay at Four Winds. This trip was with 2 adults and a teenager plus our 4 dogs. The best things are how close it is to the beach - very short walking distance to beach access both private and public, the fact that they allow dogs and have a small fenced in area for the dogs, and it is nice place with updated kitchen. We enjoyed our stay yet again!
