Courteous and very polite receptionist. Room size tight for 2 people however it is tokyo so it is ok with us. There is a covered parta connecting the hotel to the restaurant next door, is is convenient during rain. It is a short walk ( around 4 minutes) from kesei-narita east gate. They offer a nice breakfast for guests that have time to stay for a large meal. The check out is fast and they have free coffee and free shuttle bus. I will stay here next time I am narita again.

Rooms can be fairly noisy. The in-suite refrigerator is loud if you turn it on and you can really hear people out in the hallway. Otherwise nice location and clean rooms.

すごい、そして本当に快適で平和です

I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was one night. The hotel employees were very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is nice as well. The tub is deep and I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath the morning I left. I made sure to write a thank you note and left it in my room when I left. Would stay here again! 😁

If you choose the breakfast option, remember to bring the tray back to the tray return area. The inn is located in a convenient area but the men only onsen is too small to be comfortable if there is more than one person. The room is quiet but not sound proof. I can hear people talking if they are in the hallway. Overall, great value for the money.

Shuttle to airport is good

The room is small and the building is old. I booked two rooms. All are small and one of them is even smaller. Hard to place a luggage. Our rooms are on 2nd floor, one of them facing a mechanical pump which made the noise whole night. Service is good. The shuttle bus to airport is very helpful.
