We checked in 3rd late evening the next afternoon we left after informing the hotel and their cleaning crew to clean the room and unfortunately they had not done. It won’t be returned back to the hotel in the evening and refused to clean the room and secondly the pool was surprisingly operational with the heating system is not working and it was all dirty so my kids just could not use or utilize the pool, which was one of the reasons for us to check into that hotel The front desk representative on the fourth May evening was extremely rude and hung up on my face when I requested them to have somebody sent out to clean the room, which was extremely disrespectful and unexpected / shocking of a hotel of this class

Property was immaculate . Decorated really modern and upscale . Smelled really good upon entry. Staff wasn’t the most friendly but that doesn’t bother me too much. Breakfast was really good, my kid is still talking about all the different choices she could choose from. Lol. Only complaint I have is the party in the room about us was extra noisy . We dealt with it for most of the night but after 12 or 1am we couldn’t take it anymore and called the front desk, but it never stopped. I would stay again :)

Great place for a great price

My husband and I just needed and affordable place for a couple nights on a weekend trip. This exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, quiet, and the staff were very helpful and nice! Not to mention it was located right off a main highway which made getting to and from different locations a breeze.

Worth the price / good customer service

The staff was friendly and the hotel was super nice. Very clean facility. Breakfast was decent and it was on time. Would definitely stay again. They even have security drive around the lot at night so if you have an rv, trailer, or semi they have ideal parking and security

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately the service did not match. Our booked room with sofa was given away, they comped by splitting us into 2 rooms, 2 different floors. Could not provide keys, so walked us to our room and we were stuck. Needed more sheets and pillows, were told they did not have more pillows. When we pushed, they turned around to get said pillows. This was 1 hotel out of 3 for our family vacation and easily the worst experience.
