Could be good...

Check in process was overly complicated. Why do i have to provide my email and sign my name 5 times? Also, the key card machine was bot working. Manager not on site and didnt leave a master key for employees. Rooms looked freshly remodeled, but shower was terrible. Old style showerhead without handle and awful water pressure. Says its an "Extended Stay" location, but I am glad I only had an overnight stay. Train in "backyard" a lit of an issue and blackout shade insufficient.

I booked for the pool, which has been closed for the past 4 months. This is false advertising. Lobby is attractive but one elevator was out of service, the carpet was frayed and the place looked tired. This place needs a review by corporate headquarters.

Great staff - Disappointing experience

Front desk associate was great, Management is clearly not doing so great. First, there were no keys available when we checked in so we had to be let into our room by staff. After waking up and excited to go downstairs for breakfast at 8am I was met with a nearly empty breakfast bar, no juices or milks, no eggs, sausage or bacon... Only waffles, some toast and bagels, and some syrup/jams. Far less than what should be expected from an "Executive Suites"

Great placement for travelers or tourists, right off of the interstate, close to everything. There is a Tanger Outlet mall nearby, so many dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Only 15 minutes from some of the best spots in downtown Nashville too! The view isn't great (you can't see the city), but the room is clean and nice. And you can hear the vehicles driving on the interstate, but that kind of thing actually lulls me to sleep. Everything is in good working order except for one elevator (there are 2 so you can still get to your room) and the pool (apparently it's been down for cleaning for a month now). The shower is well lit and hot with pretty good pressure. All electronics fully functional, the bed is comfy, the furniture is updated. Overall I was impressed, especially for the price. Check in was easy, there was security, not a lot of foot traffic around the building so I wasn't worried about my car. The staff was very polite to everyone, and professional. I appreciate the little convenience store inside but I would have liked more drink options, all they had was Monster or Diet Dr Pepper.

Booked my room on Expedia with 2 beds and a pull out couch bed. When I got there they didn't have my room so I had to be take a room with only 2 beds and no pull out couch. Bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't have a lock and didn't seal all of the way.

I have to start by saying the front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and personable. What made the stay difficult was all the construction on my floor, especially when it sounded like they were demolishing the room next to me when I was trying to sleep in after a late night downtown. Plus there were fans everywhere blowing through clear plastic sheets attached to the ceiling, even at six am when breakfast is being served. It was very overwhelming, not like my last stay at all.

No bedsheets for pullout sofa. Breakfast was terrible. Horrible weed smell the entire stay, front desk knew but didn't care. Pool was closed.

This hotel was filthy. There was hair on the floor, crumbs everywhere, food behind the bed on the floor, and bugs on the floor dead. The pullout couch did not have bedding on it, and when we asked we were told to come get it. The “bedding” consisted of a sheet and a thin blanket. No pillows. The mini fridge was all rusted on the inside. The beds were extremely hard. There was barbed wired fencing along the property as well. We didn’t stay longer than an hour before we booked a different hotel down the road.
