Extremely Disappointing Experience – Safety and Service Concerns I had a very negative experience during my stay. The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made check-in and general inquiries unpleasant. Far more concerning, however, was the lack of security in the parking area. Multiple vehicles, had windows smashed, dents, deep scratches, and items stolen. This was clearly not an isolated incident, and it was extremely unsettling. There appeared to be no visible security presence or surveillance measures in place, and the staff offered little to no assistance or concern when these incidents were reported. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling by car. Safety and hospitality should be a priority, and unfortunately, neither were present here.
