The manager was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. The other staff I saw weren’t rude or anything but they didn’t seem too happy to be there. The room was ok, one lamp didn’t work but it wasn’t missed. for a quick second I thought I’d have to change rooms because my appliances weren’t working, but it was a false alarm I just needed to plug them in. As far as cleanliness goes I’m a bit on the fence as I found a forgotten weave on the floor by the bed when I got there and I noticed that even though housekeeping came every day they didn’t wipe down any surfaces the whole time I was there. Like for example, I like to keep drinks on my nightstand and if it left a ring on the surface, it stayed there. Hopefully they cleaned it when I left. I only stayed 3 days so for the amount of time I guess it’s good enough but idk if I’d stay there again.

Dont expect a hot shower. Tub had rust as well. Tons of noise too. Was woken up 2 nights in a row by people above me banging, stomping a slamming stuff. The front desk went to check and it happened to be quiet at that moment. I was made to feel like I was lying. If this ever happened at any other hotel they either offer to move to a new room or call the room. I was told "well this is a hotel there's noise." Also the room phone doesn't work 🙃 Idk about these other positive reviews. Just be wary. Never again.

You can see the facility has been around for a while due to obvious wear in little things such as scratches and small chips. Bed was comfortable. I could not completely close blinds as a bright light from next door made me have to sleep with my back to the window.

Customer service was wonderful all around. The hotel was clean. We had issues with ladybugs, no hot water in the shower, and none of phones worked in the rooms to call front desk. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast. Overall i would give it a C+ or a low B-.
