This property was perfect for our family weekend in Nashville. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We hoped to enjoy the amazing screened porch but the weather was a little warm! The location was ideal - walking distance or a short ride to all of the Nashville hot spots. We can’t wait to come back and stay again sometime!

This little southern duplex was perfect for our group. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out. Everything you need was right there. Great location, not too far from downtown, close enough to drive there in minutes.

This property was perfect! There was plenty of space for our family. We really enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed porch every morning. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you might need. We were very happy with this vrbo and would definitely stay here again. This place had it all!

Great spot near Farmers Market

This is a great house that’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to an amazing farmers market. U have to take Uber pretty much everywhere else but it’s a great house with a wonderful screened in porch. We had a great visit and it’s exactly how it was shown online.

It was convenient for everything that we wanted to do.There were 3 couples all in over 50 group and we found the accommodations were awesome. At rainy periods we had the living room cozy with the fire. When the evening was relatively warm we had the screened porch. I will go back!!!

The Howdy Girls

This duplex was a great place to stay. Large, clean interior and very quiet neighborhood. Grocery shopping nearby (walkable). All of the beds were comfortable and the four of us each had our own room. We opted to not rent a car and UBER'D to downtown, Broadway and the Opry. The Uber service is incredibly efficient. The property location is not really walkable to the tourist areas but there is also bus service nearby. Highly recommend this rental

Bachelorette party

This was a perfect spot for our girls group/bachelorette party! Ubers to Broadway were very reasonably priced, we did not feel over crowded, very spacious and touches of pink were perfect for our boujee bride! We had a bit of trouble getting in at check in time and were using appropriate codes, but the call center was easy to access and very prompt. It was mostly clean, however; housekeeping did leave the dirty linens from previous renters in the living room floor but overall we had a great experience. We would definitely choose this spot again.

Excellent location!

Comfortable house, great location, property managers great. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. It could definitely have been much cleaner. The tub wouldn’t drain properly, mirrors and windows not cleaned. Needed better housekeepers.
