Our stay was pretty good. The tub in 305 is disgusting. While it is not dirty, it’s so worn it looks dirty. Housekeeping didn’t even reset the clock for the current time zone and it’s locked out from guests correcting it. Construction outside the hotel is very noisy including 7 AM. PA system workouts for the construction workers. In the three days we’ve been here the hallways haven’t been vacuumed. The staff is very friendly and helpful Breakfast was good. It’s a pretty big area for breakfast and they probably need more help. The tables were kind of dirty mid morning. It’s a great location if you’re looking to party on Broadway

The hotel is an easy walk to Broadway. It's right in the middle of everything. Parking is $60 per day. Valet only. The lobby furniture is starting to show its age. The leatherette seat cushions are cracked some are bare to the fabric. The breakfast was decent although had no bacon or sausage options. The sliced meat provided wasn't a good replacement.

The room was not ready I waited in my car over an hr past the time it was supposed to be ready by 4 pm I also was forced to vallet park at 60 dollars a day with no option to park in Hampton’s parking garage

Our room was comfortable and walking distance from museums and bars. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the breakfast room was too crowded. Maybe they could find a larger room for the breakfast crowd. They required using the valet system for parking which was way too expensive. We could have easily self-parked in their garage. But the staff they had was friendly.
