The staff was very courteous HOWEVER the lobby furniture is dirty, old ripped and absolutely embarrassing for Hilton brand. I will not recommend until I see posts of revamped lobby!

At no fault of the hotel, the pipes froze and busted so we went without water for sometime. Couldn't shower or use the restroom. Furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. No bar or restaurant at the hotel.

Easy walk to broadway, and if you don’t want to do valet parking, their is a parking lot 2 blocks down that cost cheaper

The room was fine. The $300 deposit fee was not. The house cleaners yelling down the hallway from 7-9 am wasn’t. The housekeepers knocking and opening our door at 9 am while we are sleeping with the do not disturb sign was not. The water being shut off for two days without warning was not. The staff letting grown men sit in the lobby obviously drunk yelling at women as they walk in was not ok. It was a good stay but I will most likely be not returning.

The staff was very accommodating. Water pressure and temp in the shower was a bit off, otherwise a nice stay within walking distance to the clubs.

$70 dollar parking fee. They should be upfront with these fees nothing worse than getting surprise fees at highway robbery prices. They force you to use the valet parking. You don’t get a choice. There is parking not far from the hotel at a fraction of the cost.
