I don't usually write reviews but honestly I loved this place. The room was spacious with a full kitchen setup and separate living area and sleeping area. The room was neat and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

I wish this hotel had a hot tub like the other Home 2 Suites and a covered porch, not just a pergola that doesn't cover the rain. Other than that it is pretty good

Incredible experience here! I came to Nashville for a trip a little over 24 hours long and needed a safe, easily accessible to downtown, affordable place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised walking into my hotel room for the night. It had a decently sized kitchen area, the bathroom was large and pristine, the bed area was quiet and private, and the room overall was so spacious and clean. You definitely get your money’s worth (and more!) staying here. I’ve been to Nashville a handful of times before but always stayed more centrally, right in the heart of downtown. I was worried my commute there would be a hard walk/hefty Uber and it was neither. The walk to downtown/Gulch was 15 minutes and an uber anywhere else was so affordable. Although my room wasn’t ready at check in they held my bags and called me the second it was available. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I visit Nashville in the future - hopefully for longer than just a quick 24 hour trip!! Couldn’t have asked for an easier/better experience.

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay however, it was the Staff that was the icing on the cake. Extremely friendly and helpful!

HVAC did not work, water did not get hot, only warm, They are having construction next door, very noisy, so they provide ear plugs😕. There is NO courtesy van despite showing one in the photos. Bad property, stay away.

The property did not have our reservation ready for us, they had to do some research to find the reservation then assign rooms. This caused a 30min wait to check in. Be Aware, while parking is 'available', it will cost you $45 per day to park in the attached parking garage. I was not pleased with this.

Great Staff

Had a great stay while visiting Nashville at this hotel the staff was super friendly and helpful about making suggestions about great locations to visit. Beds were comfortable shower was nice and hot. The rooms were roomy and comfortable.Nice continental breakfast offered daily. Very convenient location.

Front desk staff was really nice. Music playing in lobby and on all the floors is a little loud in the middle of the night when your room is off the lobby. $5 difference from valet to self park. Parking garage which is shared with a neighboring hotel is ample but does not connect w/elevator physically to this hotel.
