The Hotel was lovely, although shower pressure could have been better, but everything else was perfect. It was clean, nicely decorated and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again

This is a beautiful, old-school style hotel. Everything is beautiful from the marble and wrought iron, to the way the bathrooms are decorated. There are nespresso machines on every floor for quick coffee any time of day and a wonderful coffee shop in the lobby plus a wonderful little store with books, clothes, and otheer chochke's. I love this hotel and will be returning next time I'm in Nashville.

The room a/c worked great and the room was quiet. The location was adequate. The staff members were not helpful regarding needs for extra towels and a blanket. The shower functions so that the bathroom floor is wet all the time. The room was quite small. The sheets had black marks and were threadbare. The hours to purchase food in the hotel restaurants/bars are quite limited. The regular coffee in the coffee shop was definitely the worst. The cappuccino was good. In general the hotel was adequate but I would say very overrated.

1st time staying here and it was amazing. I had a small incident but the room manager reached out and went above and beyond to fix it. The rooftop bar is definitely a chill vibe. The lona restaurant located in the lower level offers amazing cocktails and Food. Definitely coming back next year.
