Stadium being built and road construction going on right in front of the hotel. Not a very "family friendly" hotel with the pool not being open (we were not told until after already checking in) and several very loud guests walking down the halls talking and laughing loudly late at night. The breakfast this morning was fantastic though and the staff running it were friendly.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Friendly staff, great full breakfast, convenient location and clean stay. Only complaint would be that we paid for a view and only view we got was a construction site of the Nissan stadium. Not quite the view we wanted. Other than that i would recommend. Just don't ask for a view.

Pay to park with reservations

This hotel is always our go to when passing through Nashville. We have been stopping there for over 5 hears when heading to Florida. This year when we made the reservation and arrived, we were informed there is now a parking fee. We don't ever remember having to pay that before. It was only $25, but feels like that should have been something that was brought up before we reserved the room. We shouldn't have to pay for parking if we purchased a room for the night. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice.

Didn’t read the fine print I guess…..had to pay for parking in their lot. Ongoing construction with new stadium across the street but they provided extra parking lot security with their frequent drive byes. The staff was great and the room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre

Horrible! Please spend your money elsewhere. Everything had stains and finger prints on it, the room was tiny and bed was uncomfortable. We ultimately left and stayed elsewhere without a refund. We booked a weekend trip and a sign on the mirror says, “Because your satisfaction is always our priority, you can choose how often your room is serviced. Housekeeping will be provided only upon your request* *For longer stays, service is provided after every 3rd night. To request more frequent service, please contact the front desk before 11 AM. We were woken up by someone entering our room TWICE which makes me wonder how often they came in when we weren’t there. The location is right next to the busy highway and stadium construction

Sadly the construction on one side of the hotel and the highway on the other means this place is very loud. It’s also fairly dirty, there are stains on the counters, tables, and chairs in the room. The bathroom is clean which is great. But it had me wondering about the bed and the pool area where there were dead bugs. It was kinda gross. The lemon water in the lobby definitely had rotten lemons in it. Everyone was very nice. But I feel bad they have to work in a gross and loud hotel.
