Our first night was not good. Our room had ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door did not lock - it was broken. AND the air was not working. We reported all the issues to the front desk the next morning. We were told they would be addressed ASAP. They were not. Finally, by 5:30 that afternoon, we informed the front desk that nothing had been addressed and we were moved to another room. We appreciate them moving us, but nothing was done to correct the horrible night on June 12.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at for the price. Great layout and I really liked the complimentary waters vs other hotels charging $6-8 for a bottle water. Will def stay at one again!

Front desk person was rude and not willing to be helpful. She resulted off the information about breakfast, pool and elevators so fast that I did not catch it all and asked her to repeat and she has an attitude.. also asked her to add my Bonvoy number to my stay, and she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me.
