Room in good condition. Great location so I understand the high price for a single room. However, I would request you eliminate the mandatory $20 deduction from the security deposit to pay for an alcoholic drink that is often not wanted (or shouldn't have due to alcoholism) and $10 to spend at an overpriced coffee shop! The room rate should have also covered free parking for the price you charge.

Initial Room had no hot water moved us to another room that was next to a construction zone and constant train traffic. But room was clean very large. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
