5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the extra touches that made my stay feel special—like the thoughtful amenities and prompt service. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

RIU Negril was amazing for my family. Kids made holiday friends their own age and played hard in the pool while we relaxed. Lots of day trips snorkeling and driving around Jamaica.

I just returned from a stay at Rui Hotel Negril. The resort is clean and was recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was sound proof - I only heard neighbors once in the hallway. The entertainment staff are very engaging, and most of the bartenders went out of their way to fun. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Drinks are mysteriously weak, but the beach and water were fantastic. There are lots of vendors on the beach, but if you said no thank you to whatever they were selling, they were very respectful and moved on.

Spent 7 days here. Check in was quick, room was spacious and clean. Property itself is beautiful. Food was good kind of repetetive but thats typical with all inclusive. The grill near the pool had delicious jerk chicken daily! Did NOT appreciate that we could NEVER get a reservation for the specialty restaurants our whole stay, that's unacceptable!! Pool with swim up bar was small and aside from the bartenders all the staff looked miserable. Nobody greeting you with a hello or good morning or even a smile for that matter.

I liked the RIU experience but one thing I would like to see improved is the distance from the 4,5,6 buildings from the dining and entertainment

Very clean, nice updated rooms. The shower leaked water outside onto the bathroom floor, despite how the shower head was positioned but other than that would have been 5/5.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Only issue we had was the a/c in our room was not cool as it never got below 22c/71c. Sent in a request everyday to looked at and it was never fix. That’s my biggest issue apart from that staff was nice and the areas was clean.

Front desk was a little of a pain when i was leaving. The i came to realize there were only 2 bellman onduty to service entire hotel. As a pregnant woman traveling alone I had to carry my bags myself from one side of the property to the next or miss my ride home.
