We didn't eat at the hotel, but we did like that they had fresh, free coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were no hooks in the bathroom, and no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink. For ME the bed was hard and lumpy, but the a/c was cold and quiet. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially De'Jon.

Overall the property was clean in the lobby.. The staff members are very friendly… but for the room the area around the bed was dirty and not clean, we asked for new towels and they had stain marks on them.. I should the front desk management the videos I took of the room.. And she goes oh Im going into a meeting now I will bring that up, then she said oh sorry I'm not able to give you any money back because you paid in advance!!!!

I didn’t like that it took too long to check in. to check out was faster and easier. The outside it’s dirty and smells bad, and the inside of the hotel was clean, one thing they need to change is the bathroom door & it needs a lock. No privacy

I requested a room with the city view and we got a room with a window and couldn’t see anything out of the window but the hotel rooms across the street. We couldn’t see anything else. We were not satisfied with the room at all.
