The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional! 5 stars on the service. The location was great. The parking wasn’t easy, and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, great place to stay!

The hotel staff was not helpful at all. It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information, even after I explained that it was my first time there. Everyone looked like they didn’t want to be there. The only pleasant and helpful person was an older white man at the rewards center—he took the time to explain how free parking worked and provided useful information. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room; the bottles were completely empty. No one ever answered the phone when I called guest services. The small lighted mirror was covered in dirt. The rooms are overpriced and the hotel is overrated. I would not stay here again. Once they have your money, no one cares—actually, no one ever cared, even when I was trying to check in.

Best windows and views of all New Orleans hotels. Very clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Lost a star for: $15/night resort fee - the is nothing resort like about this in property - no pool, no spa, etc. Also, foyer and bath in room had sticky floors upon arrival. Asked to have them mopped and all was well. Would stay here again on next trip to New Orleans.

The website is very misleading. It shows that you are booking a room at the new Caesar's hotel with pictures included but they had me staying in the older Harrah's hotel. I had already valet my car and everything and then was redirected to an entirely different hotel. It was very disappointing. I would like to be reimbursed or given future credit for stay at new hotel.

Hotel room was very sad . No wastebaskets no tissues no microwave and a refrigerator that was broken. Coffe maker did not work and staff kept making excuses. Checked out a day early as the shower was moldy and never refreshed towels . Stayed two nights out of 4!

Not very happy we had 1 towel no coffee and not sure if the bed linens was changed. We had a view of the water but you could pull the drapes back to see the view. Called down for towels and coffee it has been over 1 hour with no results. The elevator and escalator coming from the casino did not work.
