This was my second time staying here. I will say that with the two towers there was a significant difference in the rooms. There was a large roach seen in the hallway and the staff at the desk looked very unconcerned when I reported that to them. Overall the first time I stayed here was wonderful. If I were to comeback I would pick the first tower because the rooms were nicer.

Anniversary get away

Overall stay was good. Beds could use better covers, they were thin and so we were cold. Staff was GREAT! Accommodated us when our room was 2 queens instead of 1 king. We were there for our anniversary, I mentioned it more than once to see if any perks were given for the room but nothing was done. Location was perfect.

The main issue was the air conditioning did not work, and it is very difficult to sleep when your room is a humid 87 degrees. 2 calls to the front desk and engineering never arrived. A call to try to add a late check out with a reminder that the AC was inoperable they told me they would send someone up … an hour before checkout. Coffee machine was not working either. As a last minute booking i expected a little more

Second time staying. It’s very convenient for walking the French Quarter and easy pickup spot for Uber or Taxi. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the restaurant is very good.
