Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire first floor of a two story duplex) including living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (TV's in every bedroom), 3 baths, laundry, shared backyard, and fully gated pool that will be shared with the upstairs residents in the adjacent unit. Note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered.

We are a 5 minute walk to the Streetcar for an under 10 minute ride to the French Quarter and Downtown! Alternatively, the Lafitte Greenway (a bike path to the French Quarter!) is just a few blocks away with bike rentals on the way there!

The spot labeled "3" is an open spot that is first come first serve. Any cars found parked on the neighbor's side of the parking area or in the grass will be fined and towed.

**Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.

**The pool is shared with the adjacent upstairs unit and pool can only be heated from October to February.

**Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant

**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
