From the outside, the property looks aged and neglected.

The parking lot has visible cracks, faded paint, and an overall lack of upkeep.
The room was in poor shape — the floors were scratched, the walls had stains, and the corners looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Lamps needed bulbs, had to have the refrigerator replaced cuz it was freezing everything, the shower had no hot water, the sink by the bathroom moves, toilet paper holders were coming out of the wall, roaches, management is not true to their word etc. I would rather sleep in the park or a car than stay here.It is that bad!!

The room had a pipe dislodged completely under the vanity sink...requested maintenance and when i came to see there was just a garbage can placed under it to catch the water...room didnt include a refrigerator at all with the price that was paid for the week...also had a lot of random strangers who wasn't part of the hotel sleeping on stairs harassing people trying to sell drugs....the tub felt like i was gonna fall through it because the floor ij it alone was soft like ealking on a pillow...the only good thing i can say was at least there was a nice tv to watch the game....this shouldnt be a Wyndham Hotel chain at all

I would not recommend. There is a reason why it is cheap! The room was crappy and there was mold on the walls and in the shower. Room was outdated and grubby. Please save yourself the hassle and just stay in a nicer place.

The staff were fine, it was more the room itself that caused the low rating. The lock on the dual room door was broken, the door handle to the toilet was literally falling off. The toilet flush ran continuously, unless jiggled just right. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite getting a non-smoking room, and the tv remote was missing buttons, while the tv itself had a volume issue, as every time you turned it on, it started at max volume. It was the culmination of all these things that made the experience not so great. Not to mention, while we were there, some company was taking 'updated' pictures for the hotel, so I am assuming the not broken rooms were kept empty for that reason.

Check in staff was rude. No washcloths, the bathroom faucet leaked, we didn't even ask about it because the staff was so rude, one the towels was dirty, sheet had a hole in it. Bathrub was dirty, the whole room was dirty. Didn't think a LaQuinta could be a dirty gross hotel. This hotel is barely being kept up. Pictures on line very different than hotel is.
