This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.6 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (0.9 Miles).

Prepare meals in the full chef’s kitchen, equipped with stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all the cooking basics. Enjoy your coffee at the bar workspace or gather at the dining table. A drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses are included for added comfort.

Step onto your private balcony overlooking Magazine Street—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening as the neighborhood comes alive.

The living area is designed for comfort and productivity, with a smart TV (Netflix and standard cable), fast internet (179 Mbps), and a dedicated workspace. Board games are available for downtime, and the space is climate-controlled with a split-type ductless AC and heating system, plus a ceiling fan.

The renovated bathroom offers a modern shower, hot water, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Fresh towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are provided.
Family-friendly features
A pack ’n play/travel crib and folding high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided.
Arrival & security
Enjoy a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free street parking. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for peace of mind. Cleaning is available during your stay, and long-term stays are welcome.

Located just off Magazine Street, you’re steps from local cafés, boutiques, and il Mercato. The streetcar is nearby, making it easy to reach the French Quarter, WWII Museum, and Lafayette Cemetery within minutes.
