Loved the friendly staff that greeted us upon arrival. The location was perfect walking distance to bourbon street and anything else we wanted to see. Truly a great stay. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar as well it was a pleasant surprise I must say.

Stayed for a long weekend. Pool was nice but didn’t have the drinks we wanted. Hotel lobby was super nice and the room was all we needed. The room was a bit dark and I was disappointed with the quality of shampoo. We had our room keys stop working 1 hour before check out, and had to go back down to get them working again. When we checked out we had charges from people who were not us on the room. They quickly apologized and removed. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown in New Orleans

My NOPSI hotel stay was the reset I needed. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. It’s always the details that makes the difference in my experience. The valet driver(s), yes plural always made sure to open my door and my daughter’s door to enter and exit my car. The bellman unloaded everything and loaded my car upon my departure. And the front desk clerk (Shawn) was exceptional and knew about the art and history of the hotel. The hotel room was clean and the shower in the room should be the standard for every room in a hotel. Dominque (BellMan) brought our things to our room but made sure we were safe and the door was secure after bringing our things up. Best Hotel Experience ever!!! Clean, comfortable, convenient, and most importantly Safe. The hotel has all of the amenities you may want, restaurant inside, rooftop pool, and walking distance to a lot of places.
