The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were nice. Wasn’t expecting to pay $50 a night for valet parking also was not expecting a big deposit. The pool was very small and had caution tape around it, nothing like the pictures on the website. Ran out of hand towels we called down for some, but never received any.

Great stay , fun pool and very nice staff.

Room was big and great! Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was very nice, rooftop with enough options to sit , clean pool and they gave couple complementary drinks. Some areas like gym or elevator/lobby need renovation to be more modern, but overall very nice stay, good location, and service was just top notch.

Our stay was great! Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly made our stay great. I can’t say enough good things about them. The rooftop pool is nice. The rooms are very big compared to other properties in the area. My husband, daughter and I didn’t feel crammed at all in a 2 queen room. The area is also pretty quiet compared to other properties we’ve stayed at around Canal & Poydras.

The positive sides: beautiful, well kept, nice room, lovely bathroom. Location perfect ie not too much but close enough to everything. Staff overall did fix some problems. Downsides: doesn’t answer the phone, needed managers to fix reservations on 2x’s, some of the lights in the room flickered and room had a slight stale smell throughout stay.

Our stay was amazing!! We came for a weekend getaway celebrating a friends birthday party. Close distance to everything. Staff was great and we loved the rooftop bar. Nice views and overall a nice vibe. We will be back!
