Reserved a king bed room online. None were available when I arrived. No fridge in room—this is a deal breaker for a solo traveler in a city with amazing food. Obvious stains on ceiling, carpet in hallway. Service was poor—desk staff were surprisingly rude/unfriendly each day. Entire hotel was just loud. For this price point I expected way better.

This hotel is very dated and our room was not the cleanest. Main room was ok, but the bathroom had so much dust and grime in the ceiling vent, tub was permanently dirt stained, the toilet ran for 30 mins after each flush, just not pleasant at all. We were put in a room right outside the elevator doors and directly below the club lounge, so it was quite noisy throughout the nighttime.

I did not know that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. For the rates that are charged, both of those should be in the room. Hotels that are less in cost and that are not as nice has the Sheraton has both. I did find out we can request a refrigerator. Other than that, I love the hotel and will be staying there again.

We have stayed here several times. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the quarter in minutes. The only thing that needs updating is the bathtub. They need to be removed and put in walk-in showers. Something a little more modern
