The view from the room was nice, it was convenient, the bar area/lobby was really fun! I didn’t like being locked out of my room for over 30 minutes (after driving for hours to New Orleans in the rain) due to dead battery on the door after I placed my luggage with the bellman. I believe a better process in place could prevent that, like a low battery warning!

Hotel was nice but I ended up with questionable extra charges that I don't understand on my credit card. I paid for everything up front and then they said I would have an extra $25 a room at the hotel and somehow I wound up with quite a few extra charges I don't understand.
