It was probably my first time staying in 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, I did not spend much time there, except sleeping, since was too busy during the day. However, what I did not like are: want to watch TV? - pay for it!; water drainage in the bathroom sink was not working; homeless people not far away from the hotel; police cars riding with full sound on at night?! Front desk was friendly. Lady at the front desk early morning took us to the Train station. Haven't had a chance to check restaurant inside the hotel. So, don't have much other info to share; guess expected something different from 4-star hotel?

Very nice hotel getting parked in the parking deck is a little tricky. The restaurant is very nice with a lot of breakfast selections.

Basic hotel rooms. Could have been better in cleanliness and functionality. Pool was cloudy and the weight room was ok. The steak house was closed on Sundays and the buffet hot breakfast was disappointing. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful but the amenities were lacking and the hotel parking was inconvenient and costly.

The view was the HVAC system on top of a roof. I am not sure how we keep getting these types of rooms with Hilton. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast and we highly recommend! Don’t expect to do laundry here. We were told this Hilton does not have any laundry amenities. Quite surprising for such a large Hilton and a major inconvenience for people traveling with kids for sports tournaments. The area is a bit sketchy, especially at night.
