The stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The mattress in our room was extremely comfortable! The rooms are cozy and reminiscent of old New York since they aren’t very updated but they’re still nice and clean. The shower head in our room didn’t offer great water pressure but we were also on the 7th floor. The hotel lobby is cute and feels more like an apartment building with a doorman instead of a hotel. It kind of makes you feel like a local.

We had a great stay at 3 West Club! The location was perfect and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly. It was nice to have the room cleaned and fresh towels each day as many hotels don’t do that anymore. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Staff were great! My sister and I visited and stayed in the twin room. The room was good, the beds were ok. The beds dipped in the middle which left our hips hurting and were fairly young. Overall good experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was ready and we were able to check in early. They also arranged for a car and driver to the Newark Airport. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of St Patrick’s Cathedral.

We don't spend a lot of time in our hotel when we come to NYC, so our review is based on the little time we spent there over Thanksgiving weekend 2025. Pros: amazing location close to Radio City Music Hall/Rockefeller/shopping/Central Park, charming vintage architecture and decor, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, umbrella available (came in handy on a rainy day) Cons: wifi was terrible and TV was not a smart TV so we had to use our own devices for any streaming (since so many sports games are on streaming services these days), no mini-fridge in basic room (maybe there is one in suites), restaurant/bar is only open during the week. Overall, 3 West Club is a nice hotel with close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. With some more upgraded amenities, it has the potential to be an amazing destination for people coming to the city.

Lovely 1930s style boutique hotel. Staff were amazing and everything was fresh and clean without spoiling the atmosphere. 2 mins walk from 5th Avenue.
