Smelt like febreeze, huge room with what looks like an old school's furniture. Felt old and bed was uncomfortable. Really underwhelming overall. I regret paying as much as I did.

Enjoyed the architecture and design. Wonderful lobby large and lively. The room felt large and personally decorated. Very importantly, while we were only on the 4th floor there was silence for sleeping. That is impressive in New York

Vibrant and stylish Brooklyn hotel with decent size rooms and nice bedding. This would be a five star rating if the gym were better. It’s adequate but they try so hard (and use so much space) creating a 1980’s Golds Gym vibe (why?) that they neglect some essentials, like a Peloton bike and a cable machine.

Ace Hotel was a great place to stay, right by a subway that connected us to Manhattan and other areas of Brooklyn. Staff on the front desk were friendly (apart from the cafe staff in the morning when all you wanted was a coffee) but would recommend going to the bagel place next door. Fantastic rooms with great views and were made up to have a bath following long days of walking around the city.
