I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the property itself was nice. However, I had an issue during check-in regarding a points promotion called “Spin the Circle to Win.” The promotion was not mentioned to me at check-in, and I only found out about it because another guest mentioned it. When I asked the manager (Crystal Estepa) about why it wasn’t offered, she explained that staff might forget to mention promotions because they are busy handling multiple guests. I pointed out that at the time of my check-in, it was just me, so forgetting couldn’t really be attributed to being busy. The manager then became defensive when I suggested that it may have simply been overlooked. I raised this feedback not to complain, but to help improve the experience for future guests. I recommended that the hotel put up a sign or reminder at the front desk so staff consistently mention the promotion to every guest during check-in. I feel it’s important for management to ensure promotions like this are communicated consistently, especially when it’s a small adjustment that would make the guest experience better. While I enjoyed my stay, this part of the check-in experience left me disappointed, and I hope it’s addressed for future guests.

Disappointed… the bar was closed and there are no restaurants on site. Hotel rooms are tiny . And they need comforters on the beds, especially during the winter time!

What a disappointing experience. I connected with staff about a broken window, one hinge not connected at all so if you open it, the window could literally fall on you. Their pool table was completely falling apart; the pocket would fall to the ground if you made a ball in. Spoke with staff and have still not received a resolution almost a week later. Instead I received an email that was addressed to another guest who they offered more to. The customer service here really needs to improve. Subpar for what I know this brand to be.

We stayed in room 1401.......there were four major problems for me. 1. The king bed is too large for the space....there is very little space on the sides to access the bed from the side. 2. The bathroom door does not close properly and water leaks onto the toilet floor whenever I showered. 3. The Air conditioner / Heater makes a very loud sound every time it cycles on and continues to be loud till it cycles off. 4. The room was too dark, it needs more lighting, expecially in the area of the TV center.
