The customer service was great and everyone was really nice and pleasant. The bellmen were great as well, Jeff assisted us in getting transportation to the airport as we left and we had a comfortable ride.

The property has an upscale feel to it, but it was moderately priced for Manhattan. There is construction going on across the street and it’s noisy. Usually around 7-7:30 am on weekdays it would begin. However it served as an alarm clock for us. Apparently there are rooms where the noise isn’t as noticeable and we were offered one when we checked in. However, we decided to accept the noisy room because it was noon and they were able to check us in right away.

Location is very convenient. Cleaning staff cleaned our rooms everyday, and replaced our towels even tho i would have just reused it. The hotel also recommended a paid suv back to the airport which we took instead of a cab. Ride was great.

I really wanted to leave a nice review for this hotel but for the price it wasn’t worth it. The bathrooms were lovely but the room was incredibly small, the wallpaper was peeling, the bed was sinking and actually peeling in places, and the air conditioner was loud and woke me up throughout the entire night. The staff and location were great but the rooms are incredibly disappointing.

If you leave your room after 2 be sure to notify the desk or they won't clean your room. We brought it to their attention and they were very polite about it and went out of their way to make up for it. There is construction going on across the street, but, hey, that's NY!
