The room was small, but didn't matter much as we were only there to sleep. It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and cheerful.....something you don't always find in a hotel. Location was good - just a few blocks south of Central Park and 4 or 5 blocks north of Times Square. Numerous deli's around for breakfast. The hotel offered a Happy Hour that we didn't notice until we were leaving so didn't attend. Would recommend.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean. We were given an interior room that was protected from street noise. The doorman helped us get a good deal on a taxi to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is definitely not what I was expecting, between the shower not actually having a shower door to half of the things in the room already being almost broken was not worth it. The room gets hot extremely quick and the AC doesn’t work at all. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone got a dial tone. I’m glad it was only one night because staying there for more than one night would’ve been horrible. I would recommend look into other hotels before booking this one

Staff was very helpful in changing our room. The 1st one was on the 2nd floor right above the street so it was noisy all night long and construction going on all day next door. Room was small and could barely turn around, not to mention putting down a suitcase or two. Second room was better, but still small. Location is great and staff very friendly, but would not recommend this place.
