The hotel is dated and needs help. But the bed was comfortable and the staff were awesome. Great location and easy access to the subway. So what the hotel lacks the staff and location make up for it but it still needs a facelift.

Website said that a king bed room sleeps 3, no roll out beds available anymore. 3 people had to sleep in 1 bed. Didn't feel like i got what i paid for. Never had enough towels. Constantly had to call for towels

The room felt neglected, the toilet pipe needs repair, and overall it did not meet my expectations for the price paid. Additionally, there was spilled gasoline in the elevator, and both the elevator and lobby smelled strongly of gasoline throughout my entire stay.
