I liked the location. They charged me for 63 $ after my leaving hotel without ANY note or email to explain why they charged me. It is very unprofessional.

This was a great location for us, close to transit and walkable to many great restaurants, the park, shops, etc. Staff at checkin were very friendly. Room was tiny, like a small pathway around the bed, not really much room for luggage. Air was not working when we checked in, but staff was quick to arrive to ‘fix’ it.

Loved the coffee service in the lobby each morning. Room was comfortable and clean. Beds are on the softer side if you prefer that. Walkable to Broadway shows, Times Square, MoMA, Central Park, many restaurants and so much more. We will stay here again.

8-1-2025 we were sent to Empire Hotel. It is a good location. Except night time construction pretty noisy. Since we were on a lower level.

It is next to Lincoln Center, room clean, but few little details in the room, especially the bathroom need improvement. There was construction work went on at night time. So not as quiet as we would like it to be.

Everything was nice during the stay, only thing I didn’t like was one of the elevator doors hit me twice while I was entering the elevator. It seemed like maintenance was working on it when I checked out though.

Paid for what was described as superior queen high floor but got a joke. The room on the 4th floor and was very small I could not even open my luggage bag, had to use the bed for a space. No single chair or table in room had to sit and operate on the bed for three days!! . I felt taken advantage of. Nothing as advertised/ described. The card for elevator was malfunctioning multiple times, thankfully other users would be around and after multiple attempts finally someone would succeed. The location was convenient for time squares and midtown walking. Hotel makeover is over due. And the water bottles were appreciated. I don’t think I will ever book this Ameritania again.
