I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the room upgrade and the friendly customer service. The location is good. Short walk to public transportation.The only minor downfalls were there are no coffee makers in room, ice or vending machines. There's coffee in the lobby but it was crowded. Also, I thought there was a full restaurant in the hotel but its a 'bar' is set up in the lobby for happy hr. No big deal because its NYC. Still, for the price, location, and service, I'd return.

Great location to subway, Central Park and Broadway shows. Friendly staff, main downside was noisy construction adjacent to hotel (not their fault) but they placed us per our request prior to arrival in a room furthest from the construction zone.

The location was beyond great. The doorman Jeff spent time with us to go over pros and cons of the area with great directions and ready to whistle you down a cab. No kitchen in room but you can get fresh food at good prices 24/7. The elevator card readers were not great but seemed to be working fine the day we left. Lol. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel! Siham at the front desk helped us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Room was clean and the same size as most NYC rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
